Wasted time and money

Had BB guys out to install drier. When they arrived they said they couldn't install it as a plumber was needed to add a shut off valve that was closer.
Spent hundreds on a plumber to cone out only to be told that the shut off valve for the gas was in fact close enough. Waste of money... thanks BB guys.
Subsequently delayed the install for a week while we had to then rebook delivery and install

Wonderful in every sense. The clothes are beautifully clean and smell great. The automatic dispenser is one less thing to worry about it and this machine is absolutely silent. In fact the sound of the water is typically the only thing you might hear when up close.
We love the app feature both in its simplicity and being notified how long clothes have left to wash or when they are finished.
It has plenty of washing options although we have yet to explore them all.
Yes this is not a budget friendly machine but so far it has been totally worth the investment. Our last machine lasted 17 years, we certainly hope this will do the same.

If it does fall in the pool, it instantly shuts off the sound. Pull it out and within 2 seconds the music starts playing again.
Id love it if somehow it could float and still play music but alas, this isnt that device. But knowing it won't break and drown is great to know. Perfect for the pool or beach and yes, the sound will play in the rain

The sound and dynamics are good for the price. The volune goes pretty loud and holds its quality well.
My biggest disappointment has been how long the battery lasts... the best we have gotten is 7 hrs of use before it starts signaling low battery. The Q&A said up to 35hrs... we get 20% of that!
3 stars for ease of use, dynamic sound and volume. Lose a big 2 stars due to the poor duration of the batteries
