Third party installer. Not the most careful and because the vent connection was not sticking out far enough to their liking they left and said I need to fix it and call Best Buy to come back. I fixed it myself and had to wait an extra week for them to hook it up.

Third party installer. They are not real careful but got everything in. They didn’t take off all of the protective plastic and told me they couldn’t push the refrigerator all the way back because my plumber didn’t turn the valve to the side. They could have done it themselves but I guess getting it into the house was the extent of their responsibilities
