I love my computer but I’m a little disappointed in customer support. I have yet to download my Windows 10 and I was told I had to make an appointment to either come in the store or have someone come to my home and I told the lady over the phone that I wasn’t coming in the in the store and no one was coming to my home at the time I was sick and didn’t feel like it was a safe thing to do so I wasn’t able to download my windows 10 because she wasn’t able to help me over the phone.
