The kit included all the parts including an actual dryer vent piece. So all the customer would need is a separate vent piece for the outside of their dwelling. I was surprised the kit included everything including silver tape for the actual dryer vent. The vent tube connected on with 2 removable fasteners. The dryer was connected in about 6”5 mins. Since the vent was already taped up. Also, the dryer vent tube was previously installed. A customer can actually do this project themselves for an electric dryer install.

This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.

Washer was delivered. The first dryer was badly damaged. It was taken back. Next week a new dryer was delivered. First delivery, man took his time to tape and install the dryer line. Second delivery dryer was installed so quickly.

Lots of options on the dryer

The initial dryer was delivered with heavy damage. It was badly dented and metal separated on the right hand corner. The control board also had a long crack it in. A second dryer was delivered, the initial test ran and 1next dryer load. It sounded like it was tumbling metal. After that the loads seem to try without the noise.

Surprised by the cheap quality of product

It was delivered and 1 warm wash ran for 47 mins. It’s almost 1 week later and water is still on the washer molding and in the detergent draw cups. I called the manufacturer. A repair person is suppose to come next week. The water is in 4 different parts of the molding. Which is a concern for mold. Because no other loads of laundry have been washed in there since the initial test empty load.
