Really Great Overall Laptop, Minor Quirks

Great overall laptop. Beautiful build quality, light and very portable but powerful specs, beautiful screen, best laptop speakers I've ever heard. From what I've read, they put higher quality parts in this than other major brands use in more expensive laptops. Minimal bloatware. Very snappy. Relatively quiet fans (other brands have way louder fans).
Downsides: No MUX switch (but has direct GPU output via USB-C), ports are in a weird order and all cluttered on the left side with not much on the right. Fans blow towards screen which is a long term concern.
Not perfect due to minor quirks but very good, and I think it's the best 3070 out there as of November 2021.

Subpar Mic and Audio Quality

Mic and audio quality are pretty sub par. Noise canceling is non-existent. I've used $30 headsets that sound similar.
If you want an actually nice headset, you'd be much better off with a Sennheiser Presence. Costs slightly more but it's better in every way.
