The Spine wasn’t attached!

The front and back of the steelbook were completely separated. The spine wasn’t attached even though it was sealed. It was very disheartening and when I went to go exchange it… my story didn’t have it. I have the worst luck.

I did not get my Digital code with my product. Not Best Buy’s fault but still disheartening.
