cancel with no notice

Delivery was cancel with no notice. Only after waiting all day, I called to find out it was canceled and had to reset a new delivery date. The 2nd time I called 3x to insure delivery would happen with no issue and was told even an hour after window passed that the machine "could" still be on its way. The delivery company is a 3rd party that does not always communicate with the store so... after the 3rd rescheduling it was delivered. No explanation what was the delay consider I purchased an open box but the machine is awesome.

We'll deliver, install and make sure your new washing machine is working. We'll level your washer, plug it in and attach the hoses. Additional charges may apply if not up to local codes or requirements.
