We'll deliver, install and make sure your new electric dryer is working. We'll connect a new, customer-supplied 220V power cord and vent kit. Additional charges may apply if not up to local codes or requirements.

Delivery was dissapointing at first.

I've already provided feedback on deliver.
However, if you insist:
Best Buy has excellent products and staff.
However, it needs to coordinate better with its delivery service.
1st attempt crew (George) didn't want to enter driveway, nor park in street, even after I trimmed branches. It took 2 hours chasing automated calls to get a response. 2nd attempt, 2 days later, and 3 hours after dispatcher called to report delivery in 20 minutes, was successful, because 2nd crew (Carlos & Juan) parked in street and made it happen. But being late in the day, they couldn't wait 15 minutes for fitting to be installed. 3rd attempt, 3 days later, yielded a successful installation.
Your automated phone service for scheduling installation of a new purchase only works for repair of existing equipment, not for installation for new equipment.
However, if you insist:
