Purchased this device for my auntie per her request. It is honestly a little better then the Amazon-Echo Dot in the color charcoal that I own. The appearance is amazing and I love how it fits into her kitchen to add in a little different flair then her old stereo system. I look forward to branching out and purchasing more advance products offered.

I just purchases this plan to be on the safe side since I do have a rather expensive product (washing machine). I thought that this would be a great option to have down the road. From my understand my particular products comes with a warranty already through the manufacturer so, regardless there are options after it has ended.

We'll deliver, install and make sure your new washing machine is working. We'll level your washer, plug it in and attach the hoses. Additional charges may apply if not up to local codes or requirements.

I am the typical person that likes to do things themselves however, hooking up a washing machine was not one of them. I opted in having this service and I suggest others do the same. The drivers were amazing and well respectful. They came on time (the exact time stated they would arrive). They install my product within 5-10 minutes. Although my install area was a rather tight squeeze, there were no damages to my washer. I will be using their services again.

There isn't much to be said, but I will say that it was worth it! I was notified several times prior to my delivery date. On my delivery date I was notified the exact time frame in which my product would be delivered and I will say that the delivers came at the exact time they were expected to show up to my front door. Awesome!

So far so good. I don't have any major issues with this washing machine, but I will say that I have only had it for about 2 weeks. It is a rather silent washer and it saves on water tremendously so, if you are washing and so happen to stop your washing machine you will see way less water so, you will need to push the deep fill when needed for larger loads. It weighs your clothing which determines the fill of the washer but, I do love the option of the optional settings and the pre-treatment. I think as time progress I will be able to get a better feel of the machine. I will say that it plays a tune when turning the knobs, starting your washer, and when your cycle has ended.
