Washer takes too long to wash and plays annoying s

Washer makes an annoying song sound at the end that I cannot turn off, unless you open the door right after the wash completes. Samsung support is not of any help on telling me how to disable this feature, or if I can disable this feature?
Other than that the washer is decent but it takes forever to wash a normal load (over an hour)!
