For the money this should be a better system. Had to return within a couple weeks due to power supply burning out. The replacement was a little better. Ive replaced the MB due to a short. I put in a bigger power supply. Had to replace the Ram due to failure after a month. So for the price will not buy again

I'm having trouble running it at 3600mghz without my PC crashing. What clock speed rate is this supposed to run at? Currently it's only running at 2100mghz which is just not why I bought these.
