So far so good! It is definitely compact but fits my pantry shelf perfectly.
I have only used it a few times but works well and buttons are easy to use. The one button to open the door is a little tough to press. When I put enough pressure on it the whole microwave moves.

I thought at first very hard to open, thought I had to push really hard which was difficult for me, BUT if you look very closely you’ll see a small line left side of the button and you actually only press the CORNER left of the button ever so lightly and it opens!!!!!
