Crew was friendly and professional but they brought the wrong hose and weren’t able to install the washer. They suggested I buy the part separately (was supposed to be included) and install it myself (which I was trying to avoid). This ended up OK for me, but would have been unacceptable if I wasn’t able to lift/move/connect the appliance on my own.

Scheduling chaos

Delivery guys were professional and friendly but it took 5 appointments to actually finish the job. Cancellations, last minute rescheduling, etc. Often this happened with little or no communication. Had to miss a lot of work to meet the trucks that never came.

Prices at BestBuy are very competitive, but their customer service goes through a national (global?) call center and scheduling/rescheduling is such a headache that I wish I had spent more to buy from a smaller/local place. Lesson learned.

The washer works great. Cleans faster and better than a previous HE machine I had. Quiet, easy operation. It spins FAST and gets a huge amount of moisture out of the clothes, dramatically reducing dry time. However, my experience with BestBuy scheduling, delivery and installation has been a nightmare. After several weeks of scheduling, cancelled appointments and rescheduling, the washer finally arrived but the crew brought the wrong equipment so they couldn't install it. Their advice to me was to purchase the equipment at a big box store and hire a private contractor to install it for me. In my view this is unacceptable. I was able to install it myself but many customers might not be willing or able to move the washer on their own, purchase the part, hook it up, etc. Be forewarned.
