As a fan of the movies, I don't want this so much I hope it doesn't even go on PS+ b/c I'd rather the slot go to some other game I don't want b/c somebody out there might want that other game.
If they had made a Hobbs & Shaw game I would have played that, even looking like this, b/c it is far and away the best F&F movie. Not even close.

It really shows women empowerment and it really brings the community together. From the amazing art work from each scene to the smooth flow of gameplay, it’s everything I could have asked for. Midway is a great demo disc for 4K

I had high expectations for this movie, and they were absolutely MET and EXCEEDED.
In my opinion, "Midway" is the best and most historically-accurate WWII movie of recent memory, and it's one of the few that actually highlights the air war in the Pacific. The writers seemed to recognize that simply recreating this momentous series of events was an amazing story in-and-of itself, without wasting time on unnecessary drama and distractions.
You can tell that the writers, producers and actors all paid close attention to maintaining historical accuracy throughout the film. From Pearl Harbor to Midway, they captured many of the key interesting and critical moments along the way. They also showed both the American and Japanese perspectives in an insightful and respectful manner, which only adds to the complexity of the story.
Also, the action scenes will have anyone (history lover or not!) on the edge of their seats the whole time! I loved every moment showing the SBD Dauntlesses and the processes of dive bombing, and I enjoyed their portrayal of the Doolittle raid.
Finally, the casting was great. Each actor portrayed his or her real-life counterpart in a masterful and poignant way.
In short, I can't recommend this movie enough. It's incredibly important to remember the courage, daring and skill of the men and women who fought in WWII, today and every day. This movie brings their sacrifices and skills to life.

Its corona viirus lock-down and i just needed something new to play, so i was playing original need for speed most wanted. However this game isn't pretty on my 2K monitor and i wanted something similar but updated. Looking at prices i decided to go for NFS Payback and i can honestly say I'm glad i did! Drag, Drift, Off road and more! Cop chases, random missions, treasure hunts, woo hoo! Hours of fun, Car customisation, Graphics whole bunch of goodies for cheap price.
It may not be perfect with this randomized card performance poker machine style upgrade, but other than that i'm having fun.
Open world freedom, awesome graphics, birds and people (listen carefully for what they say). Awesome job

Understand the nfs is arcade racing physics so I can compare it to say, wipeout.
The lack of knowledge of the developers in 'tuning' is comical- the settings you adjust does not relate in real world how a car should react, even if the physics were not on point. So if the reference was rubbish, the adjustments aren't to refence or to real life! Why give options when they are rubbish to begin with?

Understand nfs is lazy in their ai so rivals are tanks, catch up is on, and when you haven't crashed for a while ai will throw some cars at you to make things even. What's most frastrating is that it's so obvious and lazy I suspect they have a timer on- after 10 secs throw some stuff to make it more even. They just appear from nowhere giving little time to react, either developers can't draw the distance efficiently to keep the framerate up or simply just lazy.
In a 1min lap, the objects repawn everytime, sometimes parked cars change colour. It's funny because to hit the apex I just aim for the same posts everytime.
When it rains and you have significant lighting in the environment the frames drop to about 10-15fps, what's funny is speed input is still there but steering input gets lost. So, you can't steer or correct steer.
Did I mention about the obscene load times also? (This is on hhd/ssd! Not in disc)
The sad truth is that the only way to beat this is brute force (ie outpower significantly rivals). So little/no skill required, just grinding.
Ive played most nfs games and sadly this one feels very, very lazy. I bought it for ~£1 on sale. Fortunately I didn't buy it when it was new out.
I'm doing the time because nostalgic, but as a new comer/not a huge fan of nfs world, give it a miss. Definitely not missing anything.

probably the best NFS i have played. Graphics were amazing for even the older gen consoles like the ps3 and the xbox 360. i played this game on my ps3 and i loved every second of it. From the start to the end. The story line and the wonderfully made races. The "weapons" remind of the 2010(?) NFS Hot Pursuit and it's like a full upgrade from that. i loved this game and i honestly think that anyone that wants to get into the NFS series now, should start with this game. i rate it 9/10 (just because the AI cops were extremely annoying when you turned into a cop, they'd crash in front of you and block you in any way possible)

Just ended main story, Origin says 13 hours gameplay. Game is very entertaining at good moments, many races are simply wild and fun, but there're some bad moments like mountain races with drag car, like very random off-road races (handling not easy in my car) - really many ways to lose some time. Similar race number to every other NFS game, main story sth like 80 races (but lots of them are long).
I could call this game creative and diverse. Many new ideas like renovating car wreckages, like random tuning, like many car classes needed to develop at same time. Simply put there're very many experiments on new elements, many of them are playable (some even excellent), but some simply won't satisfy every player. And most of them are part of main story.
Map is in my opinion average in size, but really dense packed with u-turns, mountain roads and off-road crosscountry. Very many things to do other than racing, 100 tokens to find (I found 10 during main story, and rather every route raced), wreckage parts, drift, speed, jump challenges.
This game is very corelated (even mechanics prequel imho) to Heat. Not in story, but many cars from this game are somehow pointed out in Heat (wreckages for example), and many things done rather bad in this game are gone in Heat. Its very visible to me, I would rather recommend playing Payback before Heat.
Finally, story in this game is very visible. 3 different characters used for different races (just for story, no changes in gameplay), lots of cutscenes, lots of gangs with their leaders (every has his/her own voice acting). Simply very many different voices talk nearly all the time (not every time its a cutscene, most just phone calls). Lots of talking, really
Good game to play, maybe was better at the beggining with lots of other players (don't know). 5 star might be a bit too much, but for racing fans it'll be good entertainment.

Recently finished my odyssey into the exotic and exquisite world of uncharted 4. Continuing the legacy of uncharted games, uncharted 4 delivers even impressively. Though, there might not be something completely new or a league apart from the earlier Uncharted games of PS3 generation, you will however often find yourself to be amazed, astonished and dumbfounded at many junctures in gameplay. Such is the mesmerizing beauty of the world that the uncharted 4 builds that you would just stand there savoring some of the finest green sceneries atop some grand mountain. Such is the depth of the characters of the game that you would carefully listen to their conversations and minutely watch the changes in their expression in order to understand their story better- not like an outsider but to become part of their story and evolve with them as the game progresses. Keeping in line with uncharted tradition, the action sequences are chroeographed to the utmost so as to stand on par with any high budget action movie, and the adreline push that every action-adventure gamer seeks is hightened to keep you on the edge from time to time. Though, the game is grand and magnificent as a whole, the real beauty of the game lies in its details. The slow progression of the story, the gradual build up of the characters, minute changes in their facial expressions and the tone of the voices, as you begin to uncover their story are all part of the magic that uncharted 4 contains and uncovers. So that, after playing the game you would find yourself saying, " well, that was the time well spent", and will have a lingering feeling of satisfaction.
