Not one of Wes’s best. The cast is fantastic but everyone is so underused and there is no character narrative or growth. Its just kinda random here we all are and this happened and Norton’s character is pointless. The only redeeming aspects are Cranston, the Alien scene, and selection of music at the end…also the nude scene was pointless. Im glad Bill Murray missed out on this film as it sucked and he deserves better:)

When I use the boil setting, the water just keeps boiling and doesnt stop. This is without hitting the keep warm button. Is this normal?
Only for a short period after the product ceases its completion beeping. The water itself has reached the desired temperature at that point and while the base plate shuts off automatically, it is still technically the same temp as the water so it will continue to appear to boil for around a min. If it is boiling for several minutes or continuously until unplugged then there is a problem and you should return or exchange it… or if you don’t mind just unplug it after use. (I myself would return it in case it isn’t properly regulating temperature as you could achieve the same function with a proper pot or pan which defeats the purpose of the product)

I would like to know if the kettle can make espresso or America Coffee. Can I put coffee in the basket to boil coffee? Thanks.
Buy a coffee pot, this is a tea kettle. If you like coffee steeped in temperatures designed for a perfect cup of tea then straight black coffee can be acquired but espressos are tiny lol, like shot glass tiny added to steamed milk. You will need to buy a machine specifically designed for espressos, frappes, and cappuccinos. You can find them for $30.00-$700.00 for individual use for between 1 and 4 people. Anything cheaper is junk. Single serve for around 30.00-60.00 will be right up your alley. Happy hunting, each comes with a manual to explain the difference between the drink types and preparation.

Is it made of stainless steel and plastic OR stainless steel and glass
Stainless steel, Glass outer container, plastic lip attachment that connects to and from lid to the stainless steel basket. Small plastic seal around thermometer built into base plate. Acceptable materials for design and function. I highly recommend if a fan of tea. No info available on plastic type as it regards BPA unless I missed it the manual. Any and all metals and plastics leach when heated regardless of manufacture information. Clay pots are the only way to go if looking for zero contamination…clay is edible, full of minerals and vitamins and according to most belief systems we are made of it so nock your self out. I use this model as well as a hand made cast iron and occasionally a clay pot dependent upon my taste palette for the day. Clay pots require constant use for moisture and cleaning which involves just warm water.

Q: We can't remove basket lid. Please, advice
It’s a twist off tea basket attached by 2 black plastic nodules that fit snuggly in a metal channel built into your tea basket. Grab hold of tea basket at the section connecting to the black plastic topper so as not to dent,bend, or tear the metal tea basket. Then turn clockwise for release. Basket attachment or detachment involves a turning of about a quarter inch. Unless someone has forced it on in which case equal force would be needed to detach again.

It comes with manual because mine does not come with manual.
It comes with a manual, if you were shorted, google the company and request a replacement. Basically all your going to get is 6 buttons. Press “on” to turn on and off. Press and hold temp for a moment to select that specific temp. Press and hold warm for a moment to activate warmer then select temp again for the warmer to know which temp you want as the warming temp. Device has no other functions. Warmer automatically shuts off by itself so if you forget there’s no dry running:)
