I haven't had any issues yet, and don't plan to have any, but I got the longest protection plan that was offered. I'm a retired senior citizen on a fixed income, and I want all the protection I can get. You just never know what might happen. And sometimes I don't have the best luck. So I'm not taking any unnecessary chances.

Good replacement hoses

I don't know too much about hoses, but the new hoses are stainless steel and they are quite sturdy. There are no leaks and I guess that's the most important thing. The hoses that were on my old washer were not stainless steel, so I feel it's a very substantial upgrade. Happy with the new hoses.

Perfect Gentlemen

The guys who came to install my washer were very nice, polite, clean and neat - perfect gentlemen. It was delivered and installed during the height of this pandemic and they were very cautious and considerate regarding wearing their masks and keeping a safe distance. They had it up and running in no time, cleaned up the mess, loaded my old washer on their truck, and were gone just like that. Very happy with the entire experience.

Wash your clothes with this Amana top-load washer. The dual-action agitator rolls clothes throughout the entire wash basket while the 680 rpm spin cycle removes water from clothing to dry them faster, and the deep water wash option adds more water during the rinsing cycle. This washing machine is just what I was looking for - nothing more, nothing less. Just wanted a good, reliable machine to wash my clothes. I am retired, so I don't do as much laundry as I did when I was working. Plus I've had it now for several months, so I feel that I can give a true and accurate review. Also, the machine was made in the USA and that's a plus in my book. Very happy and satisfied with my purchase.

No level check until I insisted – and still the level was off. not sure if best buy cares – because they don’t allow you to review the installation Newly bought duct was all squeezed despite the install instructions not to do it
The installers who delivered my washer were extremely nice, talked with me, and explained everything. They showed me the washer after it was installed and went over how everything worked. I had a couple of simple questions that they answered without hesitation. They made sure I was happy with the installation. I'm glad I didn't have the installers that you had.

Where/how do I order new hoses? Will the hoses be delivered to my house or will they be sent to Best Buy for use by the installers in my house?
When I had my washer delivered, the installers brought everything that was needed. When I placed my order, the hoses were automatically listed on the order because it was mandatory to have new hoses for the new washer. They brought the hot and cold water hoses plus the drain hose. Hope this helps.

Do they remove standard hinged doors for you in order to fit washer / dryer units through the entryway?

are all installers fully qualified at installing washers and pedestals?
The two installers who came to install my washer were, in my opinion, totally qualified. They had it installed, cleaned up and had loaded my old washer up before I even realized that they were done. I checked after they left and 1) the level was perfect and, 2) the hoses could not have been any tighter. So I am very happy with the service I received.
