Small drawer, app not compatible with apple

Love the look, but disappointed that the bottom drawer is so short. You can only fit cookie sheets. Not even an air fry basket. Oh & did I MENTION it does NOT come with one? Spent months searching for a full size air fry basket pan. App for stove does NOT WORK on apple phones either.

This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.

They sell this to you with the lg washtower. Do NOT BUY IT IF YOU ORDER A WASHTOWER. The machine ITSELF is almost 6’ tall so you will only be able to move it 2’ in either direction. Best buy does NOT TELL YOU THIS ON THE WEBSITE & does NOT SELL a 10’ cord , so you will have to order one on amazon (according to best buy). If you plan on buying a washtower, do yourself a favor and order the 10’ power cord BEFORE you buy the washtower & make sure you have it BEFORE INSTALLATION APPT if you don’t want the machine right where the plug in is.

Installation was a MESS

Installation WOULD have gone smoothly, except they DONT tell you that the power wire is only 6’ long coming from the TOP of the machine which only gives you 2’ to move it in either direction. BEST BUY DOES NOT SELL A 10’ cord, so they had me order one on amazon. MEANWHILE the disabled homeowner was trapped in his home as they hooked up the machine in the MIDDLE of the only entryway his walker would fit thru. They had me Book another install appt. Got the email saying they would be here, but no one called or showed up. When I called to complain, they said there was nothing they could do but schedule ANOTHER install appt. Would NOT give me ANY contact info for the 3rd party installers. FINALLY got it installed correctly & they moved it out Out of his way 17 days later. Not one single person @ best buy call center gave a hoot that this man was trapped in his home for 17 days. Inexcusable in my eyes

Charged me for the kit, but only used the hose?

Kept wondering why it sticks out so much. The dryer kit has elbows for both ends, just by looking at it, common sense would tell you the elbows are to GUIDE the dryer hose through the side that has an indentation so that it would sit back closer to the wall. Best buy installers did not even USE the elbows, but sure CHARGED me for them. The water lines should have gone around the OUTSIDE of the dryer hose, installers put them UNDER the dryer hose, forcing the dryer hose out even further. The installers put this in the MIDDLE of the laundry room which is also the disabled homeowners ONLY ACCESS in & out if the house. He has been TRAPPED IN HIS HOUSE SINCE FEBRUARY 17th! Spoke with SEVERAL customer service (which is a call center in some other country because their accent is so thick I can BARELY understand any of them except one ) who keep telling me they work from home & cannot let me speak to a supervisor . They keep telling me they use a 3rd party delivery/installation service & cannot give me ANY contact info or even the NAME of the business they use. THESE ARE NOT GEEK SQUAD INSTALLERS. Best buy keeps rescheduling another install, but installers DO NOT SHOW UP.

Disabled man trapped in home due to install

My service was NOT completed yesterday. The installers never called, several customer service people I spoke with said they tried to call dispatcher with no response, was told they would call me back in the morning, but never did. The wash tower is blocking the only access for the disabled homeowner and NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE. I have spoke with SEVERAL customer service people at this point only to tell me that they can reschedule the install. I was told that they rescheduled it for friday between 7am-1pm. Although it SAYS in my account it is rescheduled… the new customer care specialist assures me that it was NOT ACTUALLY SCHEDULED?! Now they can’t come out till NEXT WEEK?!
