Verified Purchase:Yes

Purchased the iBUYPOWER TRACE 4 MR CASE BB994 On-Line at Best Buy. Received the product 2 days later. Upon opening the box, unpacking and following start up steps:
1-Missing Instruction manual.
2-CD was Missing.
3-Missing Misc Cord
After start up:
1-Lights flickered didn't stay on continuously.
2-Light to power continuously flickered, power on & off non-responsive.
3-Fans ran then shut off.
Went to the Best Buy store in VS, LI. Returned product and purchased the same model to see what would be included in the Store Model for sale VS the one purchased on-line:
1-Has Instruction Manual
2-CD was included.
3-MIsc cord was included.
4-Internal guts of unit were completely different vs On-Line model.
Wiring was completely different and condensed vs previous model with wires plugged into several different slots.
5-Store model came with plastic sheet covering on the inside of wall which removes vs previous model which did not have.
6-Store model had foam on the inside to support and protect guts vs on-line model which did not have foam.

I feel completely bamboozled. I am lead to believe that the online model was a refurbished model sold as new which was not advertised as such nor refurbished to the point of fully operational.
This was not a good experience and would strongly advise anyone interested in making such a steep investment to do so In-Store vs On-Line. I am a legacy Best Buy customer and now have decided to end my legacy clientele with Best Buy.
Very sad for such an Industry Leader. You buy a Mercedes and get a Kia engine.
