Poor Scheduling and Installation

Poor installation services. Since 10/3/20, I had to use 4 vacation days with no shows to attempt to install the new washer and dryer stackable unit on the 3rd floor which was finally installed on 10/26/2020.

Excellent Product Poor Installation Services

Product is excellent; however, the Geek Squad (Best Buy) installation services was very poor. Delivered in June of 2020 and not installed due to renovation; however, since 10/3/20, I had to reschedule 5 different times throughout the month of October 2020 (taking vacation days off work with no shows) to try to have a 4 person team install my new stackable washer and dryer on the 3rd floor of our condo.
