Great delivery guys

Guys arrived a little early. Washer was unpacked on the truck and installed quickly. The hoses I was required to purchase for delivery and install were not used. They were given to me and I was told my hoses were in good condition. Best Buy should make these hoses optional. I think most people would know if they need new ones or not. Big rip off in my opinion.

Really nice washer. Bigger than our previous one. I read many comments about it being really noisy, but I don’t think it’s any louder than our old whirlpool. Its noises are definitely different but not louder and it’s in a laundry room with closed doors so no issue. It’s a little finicky about unbalanced loads but you just pause it and it’ll unlock so stuff can be shifted. All together I’m happy with this purchase.

Forced to purchase but didn’t need

I was forced to buy these in order to get delivery and installation on my new washer from Best Buy but the installers just handed them to me and said the hoses I had were fine…which I already knew. I’m sure these are nice hoses but this is a rip off and needs to change.

Bought this for my 70 year old dad who wants to cut out high $$$ cable. Roku is so user friendly, I knew he would have no trouble. Once everything is connected (took less than 30 min) this smart TV guides you through it’s set-up. Dad loves the Roku remote app for his phone, especially the voice search function so he doesn’t have to type in one letter at a time. The picture is wonderful, sound quality is good even without a sound bar. Has all the most popular streaming platforms plus tons of free content. Bought during the COVID shut down and Best Buy made contact free pickup so easy.
