It would have been better if it had a agitor. My clothes that had stains, etc had to take to the laundry mat. It could not get them clean. Good if you have a desk job and don't get dirty... Ever. After 3 years the rods were bent and it was always walking around the garage every load.

The only bad part is if anything happens after the first 14 days and before the one year mark you have to use the manufacturer warranty. Totally worth the costs. They have saved us hundreds in repair bills. Everything I get I buy the geek squad protection.

We had this installed, and the geek squad told me to let it finish running a empty load before using, they had already started that test run. They said when it finished I could wash laundry as normal. The first load I did I was horrified. It dumped the detergent all over my clothes. They are all stained and I can't get the stains out. This happened to multiple loads. Then when I try and start it, it tells me close door. Um, it's already closed so I have to open and close it multiple times just to start a load. It's easier to go to the laundry mat and not have to worry about my clothes all being stained. Already scheduled a return and getting a different washer.
