I called and wrote Best Buy we couldn't have asked for a nicer couple of guys that brought the new washer dryer. They also took the old ones that still worked and that they would try to get them donated to someone!

Excellent TV and I would buy it again!

My plasma was going bad so I bought an LG this time.and you can't beat the price. All my Samsung products didn't last long enough in my opinion and so I bought LG instead. My son bought a Panasonic plasma and it still looks good. This one was never moved just pixels going bad and not used much. Anyway so far I would say pick it up at the store the biggest problem I've seen is damage in shipping! Good Luck!!
