A screw came loose while in use

Had for about 7mo, and only used several times before a screw came loose. The machine made a scary noise and didn't ding that it was done timewise, and kept cooking until I unplugged it, opened it and discovered the hot screw sitting with the food.

I only wish the removable pot was a different color. At an angle, it looks like a removable pot is already in there. Gets messy and confusing when you've washed the removable pot and set it aside to dry, and get ready to use the crockpot and it looks like it already has the removable pot inside.

Headphone jack hole not present. This phone can only be paired to Bluetooth devices. I'll have to get an adapter that will allow me to charge phone AND plug in a headset at the same time.
Also, I still favor the S7 model with actual buttons (and fingerprint sensor) on the front bottom of the phone. Now all buttons are part of the screen for the newer phone models.

It sounds as if you never know if your getting a qualified installer or someone who just wants a paycheck. How can I know before they even get here. I’m sure the standard answer is that they are trained but from some reviews that sounds questionable.
The 2 that showed to my home were careful, knowledgeable, worked fast, and followed safety guidelines. Another place (initials HD) scratched my kitchen appliance and didn't tell me. He stood covering it while he asked me to sign off that everything was installed and undamaged. Grrr! So of course I didn't notice the damage until later. Ugh, yeah. So that's why I chose Best Buy this time.
