Unboxed Washer Hose Refund Policy

Purchased for installation of a 5.2 cu. ft. LG 8100 Series Washer that was defective. Delivered with Defective leaking Washer that had to be returned. The steel washer hose DID BOT COME BOXED. However, when seeking refund for leaking installed washer, was told hoses had to be in original box to get refund. Unbelievable. I returned it in the plastic bag it was delivered in and did receive a refund.
