Not just nice to have, but it would have been pointless to buy a new washer and not replace the hoses that were 10 years old. Glad BB had these recommended with my new Insignia top loader to I didn't have to guess what type/size to purchase. (Or forget to purchase altogether)

I usually do not get extended warranties, but on a larger purchase, and having had a "lemon" front loading LG for too many years, I thought this was prudent (if I had one of these on the frontloader, I would have used it long ago - instead, I chose to wait for it to die to be frugal). The 3 yr warranty on the Insignia was less than warranties on some other machines and I have the peace of mind knowing it won't just be on me if something should go wrong. Glad I got this!

We'll deliver, install and make sure your new washing machine is working. We'll level your washer, plug it in and attach the hoses. Additional charges may apply if not up to local codes or requirements.

Highly Recommended! No Need to DIY!

I toyed with picking my new Insignia washer up at the store, then realized I had no way to get it to the basement, much less hook it up. The two guys that delivered it were fast, polite and so efficient. They brought it in, hooked it up and ran it through a full cycle so I could observe the operations. Kudos to my crew and thanks BB!

I love this machine! It replaced my front load LG washer which finally died. It hold more than you can imagine. The impeller was a great choice - I can wash my large quilts with no balancing issues. Water drains totally with small and large bulky loads. It is quiet and efficient. Best choice for the money (compares favorably to machines costing much more) and much better than my leaking, roving and imbalanced (always) front loader. I am becoming an Insignia convert!
