why I can't move the ring-con to where I did it, it kept staying at I can't do it!!!!!! what is the problem here?

You may have accidentally skipped the calibration section in the very beginning. It helps the system track your ring-con from a resting position before testing the motion tracking. It may help to restart from the beginning to enable the calibration.
