Follow an alert from the driver that he is on his way, they arrived as promised on time, dismantled the machine outside the house and moved it at ease to the final location. While one stayed indoor to make the final connections the other man stayed outside to clean the cardboards.

This washer is easy to use and has a large capacity. My last washer left white streaks on certain dark material such as black jeans, shirts, track pants, and other dark items. This machine doesn't leave any streaks and I have always used liquid detergent. I have done 8 - 10 loads and no streaks, no problems, and the clothes appear to be cleaner with this washer.
This machine is taller than my dryer but I think most newer appliances are taller, especially with larger capacities.
I like that it rearranges the load so it washes and spins without any problems or banging noises. A nice sound signals when the load ends, not an annoying long buzzer.
The men who installed it were very courteous, quick, and efficient.
