Vent tubing kit

The installation was perfect. But, after the technician left, I immediately pulled their install and did it my way. I was able to take 6’ of the tubing and cut it down to 9”. I had to remove the angle attachment that’s on the dryer I purchased first. Then I attached tubing to the dryer, cut the tubing to approx 15” from dryer, then attached straight to vent. Took 15 minutes. I’ve done it before. Anyhow, I was able to push my dryer even with the washer and eliminated the 5’ of extra tubing not needed. My dryer will alert me if the ventilation isn’t flowing properly. Since I redid the installation, I’ve not had one alert alarm.
