Nice All-in-One unit

This all in one PC replaced a 10+ year old desktop I previously had. The speed of booting and running programs is obviously lightning fast compared to my previous device and I have enjoyed not having to deal with the desktop sitting on the floor. The only issue I have had with the PC is that it has re-booted itself several times and I get an error message when I go to use it again and have to re-boot. I can see that leading to issues down the road as this device ages but so far it's been perfectly fine.

I really want to like this TV but...

I had problems with it within a few weeks of setting it up. While watching TV, it would act like I hit the home or apps button on the remote and take me to that screen. It started infrequently but quickly went to every few minutes. I dealt with Hisense customer service for over a month trying everything remotely from resetting the TV multiple times to downloading firmware updates that wouldn't install to then sending me a USB stick with the firmware update that wouldn't load on the TV. They finally agreed to replace the TV but I had to send it back to them and live without a TV for about a week before they sent a replacement. The replacement has been better but it still randomly goes to the home screen about once a month. It also is very slow to act when I actually do want to use the smart features and lags badly when starting a show. It was an inexpensive TV but I expected more.

Hello, I bought my Hisense TV Model 43H5510G less than a year ago and the remote has been acting up the whole time. I am finally to the point its really irritating me, so I am finally contacting you. Can you replace it?
Is your home screen popping up without you touching the remote? If so, it isn't the remote. It's the TV. I dealt with this almost immediately after purchasing the TV and took 2 months of back and forth failure with Hisense before they agreed to swap out the TV. Reach out to Hisense immediately.
