Reasonable Quality for the Price

We tried a cheaper piece of piping and ended up with cut hands and a mess. This is a reasonable quality at an economical price — not high-end, but sufficient. We needed to add an elbow piece as well to meet the awkward exhaust placement. So far, so good!

Long, sturdy, and totally worth the extra cost for stainless! My steam washer and dryer set can run very hot water (and use steam!! :) ), and this holds up far better than the plastic options. This one has some flexibility and as nice meshing that my husband appreciate for installation and quality.

So Many Great Cycles and Settings!

This is a fantastic washing machine. I have the coordinating steam dryer and it fits perfectly side-by-side in my laundry room. The range of cycle, temperatures, and settings allows me to wash even my most delicate items easily. I can fit two sets of queen sheets with blankets in a cycle, or a queen/king duvet. A little more space even than this would have been preferred for family laundry, but honestly this a a good capacity. It gets everything very clean — I’ve washed diapers, Rothy’s, rugs, and lingerie in this, and everything is fresh and staying in great condition! Just remember to leave the door and drawer open for awhile when you finish using it; you don’t want to grow mild in the gussets! Sturdy and high-quality product — I would purchase again!

Efficiency can mean a lot nowadays, and this dryer knows it. Its ultra large capacity will handle extra-large loads, so you finish your laundry faster. The Intelligent Electronic Controls with Dual LED Display make it easier to get the settings right, so you can just ~set it and go.~ The Sensor Dry System will detect the level of moisture in the fabric and automatically adjust drying-time and temperature. And, stay ahead of the cycle and access key LG dryer features remotely with ThinQ technology. If you appreciate efficiency, so does this dryer.

I adore this steam dryer. It is a spiffy, sturdy pricier and fairly easy to install. Plenty of interior space! My mother has the same product in a different color (that happily still works flawlessly after a cross-country move), and I purchased the same because I liked it so much. The floor samples were a low price. The energy-saver setting is not very useful if you prefer dry laundry, but the steam cycle is luxurious! I steam clean or sanitize coats and outdoor gear for freshness, as well as all my throw pillows and blankets, bedding, and bath mats in between washes. It keeps everything fresh and fluffed. (Down pillows and duvets come out especially perky on here!). I have the coordinating front-load washing machine and will definitely get this type of product again if it ever needs replaced in the future. Highly recommend!

I like to see what I am cooking on the stovetop so opted for this petite counter model. I was worried about the counter space I’d lose, but this is unobtrusive. Enormous Monster -- Too Big for My Space

The product seemed fine (condition, etc.), but it was ENORMOUS. Due to its massive size -- I don't know why it was so much larger than expected -- and my newly-discovered lack of outlet to attach above my range, I decided to return rather than fiddle with installation. The box itself was unwieldly and filled the rear seat of my SUV. Even if I had an outlet for it, I would not purchase a microwave this large in the future. (It was so large it was going to obstruct my stovetop access; this is probably not ideal for anyone who has some cupboards above the range.)
I do like LG appliances and know that the sizing issue was more my fault/preference than anything else. While this one was a good value, I opted for a much smaller LG countertop model and am extremely pleased.
