Complication that caused delivery delay.

The delivery itself was fine, quick and great crew. Somehow the installation kit was cancelled from our order, so we had to wait a few more days, so we could get one delivered the same day as the washing machine. Also, they tried to deliver it a week earlier, but the truck was too large to get by the trees lining our driveway. They had called and said they’d be there in 20 minutes, but then they didn’t let us know about the driveway issue (we can’t see end of driveway from our house), so we just stayed home and kept waiting. When I called to see what happened, I was told I had to reschedule and they would use a smaller truck. It was not their fault our driveway was an issue, but would have appreciated a call from the end of the driveway to let us know. I was told our voicemail was full, but it definitely was not. Plus we were home and the phone never rang during the time we were waiting.

Purchase issue that was corrected quickly

It did the job, so we were very happy with it. There was a delay in getting our machine since this item had become unavailable and we had to reorder it. We had to contact them since they did not give us credit for the original purchase. The credit was taken care of quickly once we brought it to their attention.

We~ll haul away and recycle one major appliance when we deliver a new replacement product. If you prefer, we can move your old appliance to another location in your home.

Wash your clothes with this Amana top-load washer. The dual-action agitator rolls clothes throughout the entire wash basket while the 680 rpm spin cycle removes water from clothing to dry them faster, and the deep water wash option adds more water during the rinsing cycle. The Amana top-load washer has a porcelain tub to stop clothes from snagging.
