Fridge Install - Convenient, but at a greater cost

It's nice that Best Buy provides convenient refrigerator installation options, but it may be more of a headache than its worth.
We used Best Buy's in-home delivery feature for our Bosch refrigerator. Our home is 3 stories and the Great Room/Kitchen is located on the 2F. We called Best Buy a month prior to our target installation date to ensure they knew the dimensions and floor layout, stair count, etc., and they ensured these notes were added and they have a professional team that would be able to handle this in-home installation.
The delivery/install team (2 men) were super nice. They said this Bosch fridge is super heavy, so they had to take some components (interior shelves/bins, some doors) off the fridge and placed on the street/sidewalk. This was not preferred for our brand new fridge, but they had to lighten the load.
Even though the team seemed experienced, they were not suited for this home delivery. They struggled up stairs and scratched/dented our walls and hardwood floors. They also dented a fridge door that was not able to be removed. I understand our home layout is not super convenient for delivery, but we placed our Bosch fridge order after we called Best Buy to set the correct expectations and ensure their team would be able to deliver. Our fridge was correctly installed, but left a trail of damage from the front door to the kitchen.
Every time we called customer service for help (we would like our dented fridge door/home walls and floor fixed), they gave us a different compensation answer. Eventually, Best Buy did resolve this discussion, we had to reach out to a separate third-party company for reimbursement on home damages.

Limited Practicality-Google Nest Hub Smart Display

The Google Nest Hub Smart Display has a sleek modern design. We use it in our Great Room (2F), and it's connected to our Google Home/Nest doorbell, so it's convenient to check front door (1F) activity (who rang the doorbell and virtually speak to them let them know we are on our way downstairs). It's nice that you are able to answer Google call (but no camera so can't do two-way video calls).
However, the Hub screen not much bigger than our Google phone screens, and the Hub is also required to be plugged into an outlet for power. Most of the time, it is more convenient for us to use our phones to answer calls or watch videos while eating dinner or cleaning/washing dishes in the kitchen, etc.
Not a bad product, but not as useful as expected.

Love the Bosch Refrigerator

We love the recessed handle design, it gives our kitchen a clean, sleek look/feel.
Interior has great configurable shelves, good interior lighting (adjustable brightness) and the 4-door design provides an easy accessible drawer for fruits and vegetables. There are 3 shelves/drawers in the freezer, which provides maximum utilization of space.
We do experience occasional slow drip sometimes after the interior water dispenser. And keep in mind, this refrigerator is on the heavier side and our kitchen is on the second floor, so in-home delivery was a bit nerve-wrecking.
Overall, very happy with the Bosch refrigerator!

Good to invest in a Nest!

The Google - Nest Hello provides us peace of mind! We moved to a single-family home and our Great Room is located it on the second floor now. It's convenient to be able to tailor and receive face/package/noise/etc. alerts without having to go up and down the stairs. It comes with a 15 degree wedge to help us angle it towards the street.
It's nice that they provide a drill bit to help with install, but the diameter was a bit too small compared to the anchors. The install took us longer than anticipated, so definitely double check before you try to shove the anchors in!
Overall, instruction videos and set up process with Nest app was very clear and easy. Love to have everything connected to our Google Smart Home.
