Why keep asking ? For the amount of times i have expressed total disatisfaction from the job the basic install people did(delivery set up guys of the stove) which required three different teams to get right(one of which outright refused to install a required anti tip bracket at all) to the professional installation team who knowingly installed a rangehood that prevented my cabinets from opening (and scratching it up when they themselves closed the doors after) to installing the hood crooked, i am not sure why i keep being asked to review anything. Its comical now. Outside of a woman named Jackie who tried her best to get appts reschediked and follow up done, there was absolutely no concern from best buy whatsoever. They just make empty promises, scripted aplogies but at the end of the day they resolve nothing. I jeld off on responding to requests for reviews and feedback trying to give then an opportunity to right all the wrongs but they continued to give more of the same bad service. SEVERAL review requests now have betted the same results and im not really sure why they bother to ask anymore knowing nothing has changed for the better. So im saying BYE to Best(WORST) Buy.

Nothing BEST about this buy

Had nothing but problems from the very start with my purchase of Stove and Rangehood. After a month of issues and delays the rangehood was finally installed improperly . They knowingly installed this unit in a way that prevented the cabinet doors above from opening (the doors literally scrap and push down on the unit), and they installed it at an angle instead of ensuring this was level across. Had they at least leveled it properly i may have been able to sand the bottom of the cabinet doors to make adjustments .

Is it possible to find out where files were transferred to? Spyware and trackers were placed on phone and computer and im trying to find someone who can tell who was responsible (individual or up address) for this to press charges
