I like Hallmark Movies. I am always watching the Hallmark channel on TV. I do have several Hallmark Movies and didn't have this one. The price was great.

The 2000 made-for-television remake of The Miracle Worker comes to DVD with a standard full-frame transfer that preserves the original broadcast aspect ratio of 1.33:1. The English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Surround Sound. There are no closed-captions accessible on this release. There are no supplemental materials, which is something of a disappointment considering the inspiring person this story is based on. While this disc will certainly appeal to all those who appreciate the family fare turned out on The Wonderful World of Disney, there is little here for anyone else.

Four of America's great folk tales are brought to life in this collection of animated short stories from Walt Disney Pictures. "John Henry" tells the tale of a man who could lay railroad track faster than any man or machine; "Johnny Appleseed" follows the journies of the man who planted apple trees all across the nation; "Paul Bunyan" relates the story of the giant woodsman and his pet ox, Babe; and "The Brave Engineer" is a retelling of the legend of Casey Jones, a railroad engineer who dedicated his life to seeing that the mail was delivered on time. Alfre Woodard narrates the "John Henry" segment, and James Earl Jones appears in the linking sequences.
