Why install something that doesn't work?

The machine doesn't work so why install it? Bad experience entirely. Lots of money & time spent to have a heavy unusable "wash"er machine and dryer I am stuck with in my house now.

This is SO loud. Usually takes 2 cycles to get clothes dry. Plus if you buy this set, your out about $1800 and stuck with a bad dryer and a washer that doesn't work to the point of doing laundry in the bathtub! Lots of water waste! Lots of money waste! Or you can go to the laundry mat and have lots of time waste! Or something else. AND pay money for these which are essentially nothing but a "prop". PLEASE don't do this! I'm past my return date by 1 day as I been trying all sorts of combinations of products. I hate this so much.

Spent $1800 on the set & am now left with washing clothes in my bathtub. Tried countess ways to get my clothes smelling and coming clean. Many different detergents and products. Many different machine cycles and timing to put in products. Sad I missed my return window by 1 day. Please make sure no one else spends their money on these! I don't have the money to buy something that works now. Thought about sending in a photo of me crying; that probably won't make me able to have a washing machine that works either though.

$1800 yet stuck washing clothes in my bathtub
