I had a new game for my boys when one of our controllers died. I ordered this at 8:45, it was ready for pick up at 8:50, we arrived at 8:58 and they brought it out to us. Thank you!! Many places would have been like we close at 9 and there are more important things for us to do—but not this store.

Nice people, but hid dent on machine :(

Nice delivery people that were timely and courteous. Unfortunately after they left my son got his fingers stuck in the closet where the machines were installed—after I dealt with that I tried to figure out why they were so far to the right. Then I found it—a dent that couldn’t be seen unless you pulled the machine to the left. I would have rather they brought it to my attention. We’re all human after all.
I still recommend, but just inspect before they install—because these guys were fast!

Installation was on time and they were friendly. Everything was hooked up correctly and they cleaned up after themselves. Unfortunately, I noticed a dent on the washer after they left which they tried to hide by pushing the units too far to the right created other issues.
I just wish they had let me know.

not your front loader from 10-years-ago

I had to get new machines that could stack for a laundry closet and I was more than hesitant to get another front loader! I didn't want to deal with the headaches that my previous front loader left me: the smell, wiping with a towel between uses, leaving the door wide open all the time, possible mildew, and potentially having to buy and replace the rubber.
The rubber on this machine doesn't open up as much, so it does not retain water like older machines--yay!
I have not used all the settings, but so far it has yet to upset me EXCEPT for the jingle when the cycle is done--I HATE IT, but I'm confident a reading of the manual will remedy :)

nice dryer that can stack, w/ 1 irritation

For the most part, I like this dryer, as I had to buy a new one that could stack for my new place. I haven't had a chance or need to use the wrinkle free setting or the steam--but know I will need both, as I work in a professional setting and have two small boys!
What I do not like, is (from what I can tell), the only setting I can change the heat temperature is permanent press, which is beyond annoying because I generally use, normal, quick dry, or heavy duty. I feel if I had known or learned about the lack of heat temperature adjustment options I would not have picked this dryer--but as I said, for the most part I like it and I'll live with it (and I'm sure I'll forget all about the irritation at some point).
