This gas line is required for successful hook-up of your new dryer in your home. Our delivery personnel will determine what type of gas line is needed based on your local housing code.

Crap delivery scheduling!

Delivery window between 7AM and 1PM? OMG! Comcast and AT&T can schedule better and that’s not saying much! At 12:30 I received a call that it would now be between 12:30 and 2:30PM. No number to call back. They showed up at 3:05PM!! They basically wasted my whole day. Obviously the customer’s time is low on the concern scale! Products seem to work fine

Gas leak!

Gas flex line was left leaking. Shut off valve and called NICOR. They came out, turned the valve bqck on and confirmed my suspicion. Had my HVAC guy do it correctly the next day. Product seems to work fine.
