So unhappy at this time

I’m not sure how I can rate this purchase since I had to call for service approximately three weeks after my brand new Samsung front loader washer was installed at my home. The problem was that it leaks when I run the normal wash with two extra rinse cycles. I was told by the Geek Squad,who seem very professional, that they could not find a leak at all and that maybe I in fact had solved the problem. They also said that maybe it was the dryer because they ran a test and they said they saw a blockage. My husband had blowout the vent prior to having this machine delivered as well as our new dryer. He is also going to use rods and a brush to clean it out this weekend. Yesterday the washer leaked again only this time it was after using the rinse and hold cycle. I will be calling the geek squad back and I would hope that if they don’t find a leak again they will replace this machine since it seems to be turning out to be a ‘lemon’
