Needed a new washer I had a Maytag washer it was good up until the 4th year. Had service check it and the said the transmission was shot & it made lots of noises until it just stopped all together.
The big differences is the timer cycle. This Samsung is Very, Very, quieter over all operation of the Maytag and has more power. This washer is efficient, fast and the clothes came out cleaner than I expected for it not to have an agitator. The Maytag had one and beat the clothes up.
& that timer clicking & buzzing during the wash, spin, rinse cycles could be heard 50ft away.
Samsung has a good product. Lets see how long this washer will last. Thanks.
