Make sure the team knows the products

Guys we helpful and quick, but installed the brackets upside down, so I had to have them redo it. In addition, they did not hook up the hose for the drier to the drain properly so I had to fix that later once I realized what was going on. It was a ventless drier so I understand that they may not install those very often.

Not needed for a Ventless Drier

So I was made to order this even though my drier is a ventless drier, so strike 1. Then, they sent me a refurbished part, but charged me full price, strike 2. Then when I went to return it within a couple days of delivery, they said it was out of the return window(but it was within 11 days of purchase and 2 days of delivery) so that does not make sense, strike 3. They ended up taking it back, but had to have the manager approve it.
Product is probably fine, but you shouldn't make someone by a vent kit for a ventless drier to begin with.
