I recently moved into a new house and found that my current dryer had a 3 prong plug and the connection in my new house was 4 prong. My movers advised me that I would need to buy a new 4 prong plug and showed me how to take off the old one and reinstall the new one. I purchased my new 4 prong plug at Lowe's and watched a couple of You Tube videos to refresh myself on what I was supposed to do and the tools needed. The new plug connected just as it was supposed to and was easy to do. Dryer is working like it always did and did I mention that I am a 60 year old woman!!! Too easy!!

Samsung have to Fix the product for Wifi Issues

The TV is really good the only issue is Wifi gets disconnected all the time even though the wifi router is ON and other devices are working.
Samsung should check on wifi issues, the internet disconnects very frequently which will require to troubleshoot and enter password all time.

The moment my dryer was installed I was blown away. I was just so excited about giving my new dryer it’s first spin. The drying performance was amazing. My clothes looked and smelled so fresh and clean.. It was super simple to operate. No buttons to push just a simple touch. This dryer’s features surpass my expectations. The dryer cycles coincide to the levels of dryness. I truly love all the features this dryer has from the sensor dry to the steam feature, etc. This is the most, amazing dryer I have ever owned. When family and friends come over my house, i quickly take them to see my new dryer. I never thought that I could fall in love with a dryer but I have. The Samsung smart washer has a lot of great features like the download feature which you can use the app (smart things) from your phone to use more personalized features, the feature I find the most interesting is the sanitized feature which uses high temperature to remove bacteria from your laundry. I love the cleaning power of the washer, it gets my whites really white and the time it takes to wash is shorter than my previous washer. I am proud to have the Samsung smart washer as my new washer.
