Easy to install and so far so good. I used putty and/or extra installation to fill in any gaps to outside so bugs don't get in. Other window AC units I have had also had some gaps as well so not unique to the GE AC window unit.

We'll deliver, install and make sure your new washing machine is working. We'll level your washer, plug it in and attach the hoses. Additional charges may apply if not up to local codes or requirements.

Good job delivering but they would not install my new machine. They told me a special part was needed which wasn't explained by the salesman when I purchased the machine. The guys were nice but I had to hire a plumber to install my machine which I think is wrong.

Like machine by bad experience installation

Like machine but installation was bad. They wouldn't install it. This was communicated to me when I purchased the item. Apparently I needed a special part and wasn't told about it by the salesman. I had to hire a plumber to install my new washer which I think is wrong.
