Video nice but connection to internet is weird

We keep having to restart the TV to be able to connect with certain apps. It also didn't pair correctly with the sound bar...it doesn't auto adjust relative to what quality audio is being played so sometimes it will just play loud static and I have to manually go into settings and change the audio output.
