Best Buy has given me the best home delivery experience yet and I would recommend them over other stores because of how good their service was. Though there was a delay in delivery, they made sure to get into contact with me with rescheduling for a new date and delivered within their scheduled time window. The delivery persons also called 30 minutes beforehand to make sure I would be home for delivery as to not miss it. Delivery persons were polite and considerate. Very happy with my delivery!

Incredible Service

My technician, Brandon, was very thorough. I've never experienced any delivery or technician person being as considerate as this guy was. He made sure to install the washer in exactly where I was happy with it, walked me through every step of using and caring for it, and even made sure I was aware of and compensated for the little scratch he noticed on the front of my drum door. They left the manual and business cards neatly lined up on top of my washer and reassured me if there were any problems within 7 days that I could return or exchange and to call him if I had any issues or questions about the machine. I felt very well taken care of. I'm impressed by Best Buy's service with the Washer/Dryer installation and would highly recommend to use their service over others.

Washes really well, but lacks in drying capability

This little guy works really well. Quieter than other machines, though the sound of draining can be a little noisy if you hear it in the middle of the night. It doesn't take up a lot of space and I love having the convenience of not having to move the washed clothes into the dryer since it will do it all at once. Easy to change the settings as well if I want to only wash or only dry. The only real downsides for me is that it's a vent-less dryer and takes about twice the time to dry, and also that it leaves a bit of a funny smell on the clothes when dried in the machine. I'm not sure if it's because it's vent-less or because I'm not using a dryer sheet. Also, it won't dry all the way if it's too full, so make sure you don't fill it past 2/3 of the way. I've had it for about a month or so now and I'm pretty happy with my purchase despite these drawbacks.

Which way does the door open and can it be switched?
Mine swings open from right to left (hinge is on the left). I don’t think it can be installed the other way because my technician was showing me which way it opens and was asking how I wanted to position my laundry machine in the spot I wanted it, considering that’s the way it opens.
