Customer Service was unable to help clarify what product I need for my W/D purchased from BestBuy, and all the agents i spoke with gave me varying information.

There was so much confusion in the actual delivery and installation of my washer dryer, it was rescheduled multiple times, and every customer service agent gave me different information each time i called. Finally after the installation, I noticed that they dragged the dryer in my laundry closet plus there is a dent on the top of my dryer. I don't think anyone even followed up with me to see how the delivery went. I wouldn't recommend just because of the delivery issues i faced, otherwise buying the washer/dryer from any other website/company would have worked.
