Different team / different result

It was a little though for them. They carried the new laundry machine into the basement which stairs are curved . It took a little time but they carried it . They did it. Why i am saying , first team they came , they said they could not carry it. They took the laundry machine w/ them. But 2nd team , they achieved it. Thank you
