The home delivery started off rocky as my first delivery for my new washer and dryer - dryer turned up damaged but this was due to a fork lift before transport. After this issue was resolved a week later the service went well. Note if like me you reject an item and they take it away you have to wait a day before they can re-order it for you which is crazy
