This unit doesnt allow it to happen since, it has full sense; it determines how much water is needed per load. I guess its good and bad haha

The Insignia 18 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator has a separate top freezer compartment, you~ll have plenty of dedicated space to store your frozen treats and keep them organized on shelves or in the door trays. The fridge has three shelves to organize your food, with two that adjust to fit taller items.
