I have a LG 4k tv that only has ARC HDMI connection. Will I still be able to get the Dolby Atmos experience? Or would I need to upgrade my tv to a model that supports Dolby Atmos and DTS:X Thank you

My old non-Blu-ray player had the option to select an A and B point on the disk. The DVD player would then only play that selected section of the disc in repeat mode until instructed to go back to regular play mode. Is this a Blu-ray option please?
