Installed and Left Without Notice

Scheduling installation was very easy, and the installation itself was quick. My only concern is that the installer didn't let me know when he was finished with the work and left my house without notifying me. After waiting half an hour or so, I went to the laundry room to check on the installation and found the new washing machine running (guess the installer had started a test cycle). The installer, though, was no where to be found. Assuming that he had left to get a missing part or some help, I called Best Buy to see when he would be returning and they let me know that the job was completed. I wasn't expecting a demo of the appliance, but a courteous "I'm finished, have a nice day" certainly would have been appreciated!

So glad that the checkout website advises that you need this part-- I wouldn't have known to purchase it! It was installed by Best Buy, so I can't speak to ease of installation, but it didn't take them long.

Good, solid washer for the money. I gets the job done and plays the "icecream truck" song at the end of each wash! Only negative is that the drum is very deep, so reaching down to the bottom of the washer to remove clothes can be challenging for those of us who are "under-tall"!

Yes- you can pay to have the old washer removed. I think it was $30, and was well worth it to me!
